Red Kale

Red kale is a type of Russian kale that is extremely high in vitamins K, A, and C and many antioxidants. Red kale's flavor is more sweet than bitter, and its leaves are more tender than the green kale. Red kale can be eaten raw in salads or it can be steamed, boiled, or sauteed. Red kale is very similar to green kale and packs a very similar nutritional punch to the green variety. It’s very flavorful and very nutritious.
