Oyster Mushrooms

Oyster mushrooms have a slightly sweet flavor and do tend to look (and some would say smell) like oysters. The stems of oyster mushrooms are tough, so they will need to be discarded. Since the cap of this mushroom is thin - it cooks very quickly. If you prepare a dish that requires a long cooking time, add these mushrooms in at the last stage of cooking.
