Habanero Peppers

Habanero peppers have thin skins and are usually an orange or red color. Because they are extremely hot (typically 100 times hotter than a  Jalapeño pepper), they are rarely, if ever, eaten whole. But they are enjoyed in salsas, sauces, salad dressings and as an ingredient in hot sauces.
