Organic Green Grapes
Green grapes can be eaten fresh, in salads, as a snack or as a dessert. Good-quality green grapes are well colored, plump and firmly attached to the stem. Select grapes that are fairly firm, but not rock-hard. White or green grapes will have a yellow cast or straw color with a touch of amber when at their peak in flavor. Grapes do not ripen further once off the vine.
