Fuji Apples

Sweet and juicy, these apples have many different appearances ranging from greenish pink to deep red - but all have the characteristically mild-sweet flavor (not too acidic) and powerful crunchy texture that Fuji’s are known for. While simply delicious for eating out-of-hand, they are also excellent for any type of cooking (even baking), as they hold their texture very well.
